The IAFF Legal Department knows that Locals have questions about holding virtual meetings over a videoconferencing platform and implementing electronic voting/online balloting for votes ranging from the routine to the election of union officers and dues increases (that are required by law or the IAFF Constitution to be conducted as secret ballot votes).
