The Federation of State and Provincial Professional Fire Fighters (FSPPFF) meets periodically to exchange legislative and political updates, discuss current issues affecting fire fighters, and to coordinate and build relationships among state and provincial associations.
We collected examples of state legislation from across the U.S. and drafted sample bill language for cancer screenings, PFAS, PTSD Care, eliminating OSB Wood, and establishing a State Fire Marshal.
We track potential threats and opportunities and alert state leadership to anything harmful coming their way. We also provide the tracking information on our issues for state leaders to see what legislation can be passed in their own state.
We took the week-long National Political Training Academy and made it into a two-day program that can be brought into your state or province to teach your members how to run or work on an electoral campaign.
