How to get your IAFF training completion certificate

Learn how to obtain a certificate of completion after attending an IAFF-facilitated training such as Peer Support or Resiliency Training.

After completing an IAFF training and submitting your post-course survey, your certificate of completion is issued through the IAFF Online Learning Center (LMS).

How to access your certificate

  • Log in to the IAFF Online Learning Center at lms.iaff.org using your IAFF username and password.

  • Navigate to your training transcript or dashboard to find completed courses.

  • Locate the course and download or print your certificate of completion.

Certificate not showing up?

There are a few common reasons a certificate may not appear:

  • The post-course survey has not yet been processed. Allow a few business days after submission.

  • You may be logged in with the wrong account. Confirm you are using the same IAFF login you registered with.

  • The training record may not yet have been entered by the host site for in-person trainings.

Still need help?

If your certificate is not available after allowing a few business days, contact the IAFF directly through the Contact Us form at iaff.org/contact-us. Select Education as the topic and include:

  • Your full name

  • The name of the training and approximate date attended

  • The host location or organization
