  Our Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial is an annual event that honors the memory of our brothers and sisters who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. The Memorial is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and hosts a solemn ceremony every September.

Better protections in place for NJ fire fighters who suffer fatal heart attacks or strokes

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy, with the strong support of the Professional Fire Fighters Association of New Jersey (PFANJ), signed legislation into law extending workers’ compensation coverage for fire fighters, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), and paramedics who suffer fatal cardiac events or strokes.

Houston Local 341’s long battle over fair pay is ending in victory

Newly elected Houston Mayor John Whitmire wasted no time honoring his campaign promise to Local 341 members, ordering the city attorney to end all legal action that sought to block fire fighters from receiving back pay dating back to 2017.

Orillia, ON Local 1100 dispatchers’ jobs saved

Advocacy by Orillia ON Local 1100 and the Ontario Professional Fire Fighters Association (OPFFA) has saved the jobs of four member dispatchers after the city reversed a decision made earlier this year to contract out the service.
