Saginaw Fire Fighters Receive FGS Training

Whether it’s climbing out of a two-story window or crawling through a bunch of wires, Saginaw fire fighters are getting real-life training for situations they may find themselves in.

“What do fire fighters need to do when they get in trouble,” questions Captain Dorain Jackson, public information officer for the Phoenix Fire Department.

Lieutenant Robert Arnold is about to learn the answer to that question.

“Each one of these stations is based on someway a fire fighter died,” says safety officer Ona Lee Aguilar of the Saginaw Fire Department.

It’s a real life obstacle course for fire fighters nationwide.
