The IAFF is pleased to welcome Bryan, OH Local 5243 to the IAFF.
The Bryan Fire Department serves a small, but growing community. And, as the community grows, so does the need for fire services.
“We decided now was the time to organize because we want to establish a positive working relationship with the City of Bryan,” says Local 5243 President Michael Ruby. “Together, we can discuss ways to improve service to the citizens in our community.”
The executive board – President Ruby, Secretary-Treasurer Adam Helms and Vice President Elijah Partee – hopes to begin negotiating the local’s first contract soon.
