If you have forgotten your IAFF password or are unable to sign in, you can reset it through the secure login page on IAFF.org.
Step 1: Go to the login page

Visit IAFF.org

Click the Members dropdown in the top navigation and select Log In
OR -
Click the menu (☰) icon in the top right corner and select Log In
You will be directed to the secure member login page.
Step 2: Click “I don’t know my password”
On the login page, click “I don’t know my password.”
Enter the email address associated with your IAFF membership and submit the request.
You will receive an email with a secure link to create a new password.
If you do not receive the reset email

Check your spam or junk folder

Make sure you entered the correct email address

Wait a few minutes and try again
If you are unsure which email address is associated with your membership, contact the Membership Department for assistance.
Create your new password
When prompted:

Choose a strong password

Avoid reusing passwords from other websites

Store your new password securely
Once your password has been reset, return to the login page and sign in with your updated credentials.
