IAFF membership provides representation, legal protection, advocacy, and access to resources designed to protect your health, safety, pay, and retirement security.

Membership benefits are delivered through your Local, state/provincial organization, and the International Association of Fire Fighters.

Representation and collective bargaining

IAFF members are represented by their Local union in:
