Welcome to North Strabane, PA Local 5292, one of the IAFF’s newest affiliates. North Strabane Township located about 25 miles south of Pittsburgh.
The township’s professional fire fighters have long had a bargaining unit, but as the township grew and the need for emergency service increased, they decided now was the time to affiliate with the IAFF.
“We recognize that the IAFF has a wealth of resources that will be invaluable to us as we move forward,” says Local 5292 President Dominic Sicchitano. “We are also looking forward to networking with locals of similar size.”
Joining President Dominic Sicchitano on the Local 5292 Executive Board are Vice President Glen Eger, Secretary Timothy Liedl and Treasurer Dante Sicchitano.
