How per capita payments and statements work

Information for Local officers on how IAFF per capita is calculated and how to access per capita statements through the Local Dashboard.

Per capita is assessed on each active member in accordance with the IAFF Constitution and By-Laws.

Membership changes approved through the Local Dashboard are reflected in per capita reporting.

Accessing statements

Authorized Local officers may access per capita information through the Local Dashboard:

  1. Log in to IAFF.org

  2. Select Members

  3. Click Leader Resources

  4. Open the Local Dashboard

  5. Access the per capita links

The dashboard provides:

  • Current per capita balance

  • Up to 24 months of statements

  • Autopay setup or modification options (for authorized officers)
