The Fit To Thrive (F2T) program supports the training and mentorship of three types of program ambassadors – the Fitness-Performance Specialist (FPS), the Peer Fitness Trainer (PFT), and the Wellness-Fitness Ambassador (WFA). This page outlines the specific requirements to maintain each certificate level.

Renewal Requirements
You can track the completion of all requirements on your DASHBOARD – your CECs and Challenge will be displayed on the progress bars and the course “F2T Certificate Renewal” will appear under your courses if you have paid the fee. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing after completing all requirements; you will receive an email notification and your dashboard will update with your new certificate.

Renewal Requirements
- Complete the required 8 CECs. CEC opportunities available through the Fit to Thrive program can be found HERE. Have 3rd party CECs to report? Scroll down for more information.
- Complete and submit 1 F2T Challenge. Complete details on available Challenges can be found HERE. Once you know which challenge you would like to complete, you can add it to your profile HERE.
- Pay the renewal fee. You can pay the fee HERE.
