The Professional Fire Fighters of New Hampshire (PFFNH) is hosting the 36th Annual Trans New Hampshire Bike Ride (TNHBR), a charity bike ride to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). Riders will traverse the state of New Hampshire June 24-25.
“It is an honor to host this event for MDA,” said Michael Roberts, PFFNH MDA liaison, TNHBR co-organizer, and active retired Londonderry, NH Local 3160 member. “Every dollar raised goes to support the MDA’s effort to save lives, discover cures, and care for affected families.”
TNHBR participants can choose between a one or two-day ride. There are also both road and gravel options. Riders doing both days will begin in Portsmouth and end in Concord, New Hampshire.
The event was first held by Salem, NH Local 2892 in 1988. TNHBR has since raised more than $2.9 million for MDA’s mission.
