INGREDIENTS

2 medium russet potatoes
3 tbsp. olive oil
  Mrs. Dash for seasoning
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 450º F.
  • Scrub potatoes well and cut lengthwise into 8 equal-size wedges.
  • Place in bowl and drizzle olive oil, toss to coat.
  • Place in single layer, standing on edge if you can, on baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle generously with favorite blend of Mrs. Dash.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until hot, crisp and tender when pierced with a fork or knife.
