Bien que le travail comporte des dangers in\u00e9vitables, certains risques peuvent \u00eatre abord\u00e9s par des habitudes quotidiennes intentionnelles telles que la nutrition, l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique, le sommeil et la gestion du stress. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph \">\n<p>Les ressources de cette semaine offrent des conseils pour int\u00e9grer une nutrition anti-inflammatoire, am\u00e9liorer le sommeil et soutenir le bien-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.
