d\u00e9velopper leurs comp\u00e9tences en leadership et rester \u00e0 jour sur les derni\u00e8res avanc\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de relations de travail. Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la politique de l\u2019AIP , toutes les demandes de formation doivent \u00eatre soumises au bureau du pr\u00e9sident g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pour approbation.
