Cet atelier abordera les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la strat\u00e9gie m\u00e9dia, notamment la compr\u00e9hension des raisons pour lesquelles une section locale devrait avoir une strat\u00e9gie m\u00e9dia; conna\u00eetre les facteurs \u00e0 prendre en consid\u00e9ration lors de l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie m\u00e9dia; l\u2019\u00e9laboration de messages appropri\u00e9s en fonction du type et de la source de la prestation; et comprendre l\u2019importance de cr\u00e9er des coalitions. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph \">\n<p><strong>Organisation et mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un programme de sensibilisation communautaire<\/strong><br\/>L\u2019une des choses les plus importantes qu\u2019une section locale puisse faire est d\u2019organiser et de mettre en \u0153uvre un programme de sensibilisation communautaire efficace en communiquant avec les organismes communautaires et les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un programme de sensibilisation communautaire, les affili\u00e9s peuvent cr\u00e9er et favoriser de bonnes relations communautaires, ce qui peut d\u00e9velopper une relation r\u00e9ciproque entre le service d\u2019incendie et le public. Cet atelier permettra aux participants de comprendre les avantages pour la communaut\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et la r\u00e9gion, ainsi que la fa\u00e7on dont un programme efficace peut renforcer l\u2019image positive des pompiers. Cet atelier utilisera des \u00e9tudes de cas de programmes de sensibilisation communautaire efficaces d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par d\u2019autres sections locales.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph \">\n<p><strong>M\u00e9dias sociaux<\/strong><br\/>L\u2019utilisation des m\u00e9dias sociaux pour communiquer avec les membres et la communaut\u00e9 est devenue monnaie courante pour les leaders affili\u00e9s. Ce module aidera les dirigeants affili\u00e9s \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre plusieurs outils de m\u00e9dias sociaux courants dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 les utiliser de mani\u00e8re s\u00fbre et efficace pour renforcer la pr\u00e9sence de leur section locale sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux.
