We’re barely into the New Year and opponents of organized labor are up to the same old tricks.Last week, we told you about efforts to bring Right to Work legislation to Oregon. Now, efforts are underway in Missouri, with Right to Work the first bill being considered for 2014 in the “Show Me” state.A hearing was scheduled for the discussion of the legislation in the House Workplace Development and Workplace Safety Committee.Passing Right to Work is a priority for the Missouri Speaker of the House, Tim Jones.  The lawmaker couldn’t provide a name of a business that would benefit from Right to Work in Missouri. Watch the video below.There are 24 states with Right to Work laws that prohibit making union fees a condition of employment.  Statistics show the average worker in states with Right to Work laws makes less income compared to workers in other states.
