United Mesa Fire Fighters to Hold 4th
Annual Poker Run
The United Mesa Fire Fighters Local 2260
will hold its 4th Annual Poker Run March 30, 2007, to benefit the Muscular
Dystrophy Association and the East Valley Firefighter Charities Foundation.
This event kicks off at Superstition Harley Davidson
in Apache Junction at 8:00 a.m. with a pancake breakfast and early morning
concert by The Visitors. Registration is $25 per rider and $15 per passenger
and includes an event T-shirt and commemorative ride pin for the first 500
people registered.
Registered participants will also receive entry to
Arizona Bike Week for Friday, March 30 at WestWorld, including a free
concert by Bad Company.
Participants in this year’s poker run are eligible for
a chance to win $1,000 in total prize money for the best and worst poker
hands. Register at the door the day of the event from 8:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m.,
