IAFF 2nd District to Hold Inaugural Ride

Join Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska IAFF-MG members for the IAFF 2nd District Inaugural Ride at the Firefighter’s Memorial Fountain at the corner of 31st and Broadway in Kansas City, Missouri. More specific directions are provided below.

IAFF-MG members will assemble at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 22, 2006, and depart at 10:00 a.m. Lunch will be provided at the last stop at 2:00 p.m. For more information, contact Pat “Duke” Dujakovich of Kansas City Chief Officers Local 3808 at (816) 734-8034.

Directions:

From the North: I 35 South to the 27th St. (Exit 1 B) ON THE LEFT. The ramp merges, stay left. At the first light, 31 Street, turn right. The fountain is on your right.

From the South: I 35 North to West Pennway (Exit 1 C) turn right. Go to Broadway and turn right. Continue on Broadway for about 1 mile. At 31 Street, turn right. The fountain is on your right.

From the East: I 70 west through Downtown to I 35 South to the 27th St. (Exit 1 B) ON THE LEFT. The ramp merges, stay left. At the first light, 31 Street, turn right. The fountain is on your right.

From the West: I 70 East to 670 east to I 35 South to the 27th St. (Exit 1 B) ON THE LEFT. The ramp merges, stay left. At the first light, 31 Street, turn right. The fountain is on your right.
