Kansas City Local 42 members donned well-designed pink T-shirts on duty to increase breast cancer awareness. Proceeds from the union-made T-shirt sales went to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

“Prince George’s County Fire Department Goes Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness”

The members of Prince George’s County, MD Local 1619 wrapped one of its pumpers in pink, as well as wore and sold pink T-shirts, to raise awareness and funds for local breast cancer-related charities. The pink pumper was used for several events, including a Washington Redskins football game and a University of Maryland football game.

“Bethlehem Firefighters Go Pink for Cancer”

Bethlehem, PA Local 735 members launched a popular pink T-shirt awareness campaign and fundraiser. The fire fighters were proud to donate $8,300 to St. Luke’s University Health Network, which treats cancer patients.
