July 7, 2008 - Hernando County, FL Local 3760 joined MDA’s Summer Camp June 8-June 13, 2008, bringing along a special treat for all campers and counselors! Hernando County fire fighters organized a "Cream Your Counselor" Carnival game. Campers had the chance to throw pies at counselors from every which way.

In addition, Hernando County Local 3760 members made a breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and the winning touch -- made-to-order pancakes with a choice of filling: chocolate chips, sprinkles, cinnamon or butterscotch! This great addition to their culinary genius earned Local 3760 fire fighters the 2008 Silver Spatula Award from campers!

Hernando County Local 3760 fire fighters will hold their Fill-the-Boot drive in August.
