June 17, 2008 - During its 4th annual Fill-the-Boot drive, La Verne, CA Local 3624 raise $12,600 for MDA. Fill-the-Boot Coordinator Leo Kilman and Local 3624 fire fighters braved the 100+ degree heat to help send children from Southern California to MDA Summer Camp. "We want to do whatever we can to help families living with neuromuscular disease," says Kilman. The event brings La Verne Local 3624’s total to more than $50,000.
