May 5, 2008 - City of Boca Raton, FL Local 1560 fire fighters hit the streets March 28-29 for their first ever Spring Boot Drive. Under the leadership of Local 1560 President John Luca, Fire Chief Tom Wood and MDA Coordinator Mike LaSalle, the Boca Raton Local 1560 raised more than $8,000! The amount collected sets a new record for the funds collected during a boot drive for MDA. Great job Boca fire fighters!
