It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty death of Chief Fire Prevention Officer Rex E. Heath of IAFF Local 1632 - Pickering, Ontario. Brother Heath, 61, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2009 from cancer.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the McEachnie Funeral Home, 28 Old Kingston Road, Pickering Village, Ajax, Ontario L1T 2Z7, (905) 428-8488. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Pickering Pentecostal Church, 1920 Bayly Street, Pickering, Ontario L1W 3R6, (905) 428-6888.
