It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty death of Fire Fighter Richard E. Ibarra of IAFF Local 522 - Sacramento, California. Brother Ibarra, 43, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2009.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 21, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Elk Grove, 8939 East Stockton Boulevard, Elk Grove, California 95624-9492, (916) 685-4821.
