INGREDIENTS

4 tsp honey mustard
4 small whole wheat bagels, toasted
8 oz thinly sliced oven-roasted deli turkey
4 tsp sunflower kernels
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced, peel if desired
4 romaine lettuce leaves
4 tomato slices
RECIPE

  • Spread 1 tsp. mustard on one side of four bagel halves. Layer the turkey, sunflower kernels, cucumber slices, and tomatoes. Put lid on and enjoy!
