| RECIPE |
- Prepare veggies and place in large bowl.
- Spray with cooking spray. Toss with salt and pepper.
- Lay out foil and spray center lightly with cooking spray.
- Divide veggies in middle of foil.
- Fold foil over veggies forming packets.
- Place on preheated medium-high grill or in 400ºF preheated oven.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
