honey |
| 1/4 cup |
panko breadcrumbs |

finely chopped pecans |

chopped parsley |

| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place filets on baking sheet, skinned side down, sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix together Dijon, butter and honey, spread evenly over each piece of filet.
- Mix together panko, pecans and parsley, sprinkle and pat gently on top of each filet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until light brown and fish flakes easily with a fork.
