INGREDIENTS

4

(4 oz)

salmon filets, skinned
2 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 tbsp. melted butter
4 tsp. honey
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
2 tsp. chopped parsley
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Place filets on baking sheet, skinned side down, sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix together Dijon, butter and honey, spread evenly over each piece of filet.
  • Mix together panko, pecans and parsley, sprinkle and pat gently on top of each filet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until light brown and fish flakes easily with a fork.
