INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup margarine
1 (10 ounce) package marshmallows
6 cups puffed rice cereal
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
RECIPE

  • Spray 13 x 9" pan with nonfat cooking spray.
  • In a large saucepan, melt margarine and marshmallows over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Stir ingredients until all are well coated.
  • Press mixture into 13 x 9" pan.
  • Chill bars in a refrigerator. Cut into 2 x 1 1/2" bars.
