INGREDIENTS

2/3 cup light margarine, softened
2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2/3 cup Splenda
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup pecans
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  • Cream margarine, brown sugar, Splenda, and vanilla extract together in a mixing bowl.
  • Add eggs to the above mixture, one at a time. Mix well after each egg is added.
  • Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well until blended.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
  • Place level tablespoon of dough onto a greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until gloden brown.
  • Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
