10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry |

Canadian bacon, diced |

2% shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese |

| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and place rack in middle of oven.
- Thaw pie shell per package instructions.
- Whisk together half and half, eggs, mayonnaise, and flour until well incorporated, but do not over mix.
- Stir in onion, spinach, bacon, and cheese; mix well.
- Pour into pie crust and bake 45-50 minutes or until center is set (will not jiggle in the middle).
- Let stand about 5-10 minutes before cutting.
