INGREDIENTS

3 oz. pineapple juice concentrate
¼ cup low sugar orange marmalade
2 tbsp. low sodium steak sauce
2 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed
RECIPE

  • Combine first three ingredients in small sauce pan and bring to a slow boil to combine flavors. Set aside.
  • Prepare grill for medium heat.
  • While grill is heating, trim all fat and silver skin (thin outside membrane on meat) from pork.
  • Grill pork without sauce for 10 minutes. Baste meat with sauce for last 10-15 minutes of cooking. Cook meat to an internal temperature of 145ºF.
