INGREDIENTS

4 (8 oz.) flounder filets
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. Cajun seasoning
RECIPE

  • Prepare grill for medium heat.
  • Spray grill grate with cooking spray.
  • Mix together all ingredients and marinate fish for 10 minutes.
  • Grill fish, basting with sauce for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and is no longer translucent in the center.
