INGREDIENTS

5 sl (1oz ea) whole wheat bread
1¼ c egg substitute (i.e. Eggbeaters)
2½ tsp Splenda
¼ tsp cinnamon
  cooking Spray
RECIPE

  • Spray skillet lightly with cooking spray and heat to medium high.
  • In small bowl, whisk together egg substitute, Splenda and cinnamon.
  • Dip each slice of bread into egg mixture to coat both sides.
  • Place each piece of bread into skillet and cook about 2 minutes per side or until cooked through.
