| RECIPE |
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, coffee, milk, lemon juice, oil, and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and stir. The mixture will look lumpy.
- Pour into a greased 13 x 9" pan.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Add frosting or powdered sugar, if desired, once cake has cooled.
