INGREDIENTS

1 (12-inch) whole wheat fat-free tortilla
½ cup hummus
⅛ cup diced cucumber
⅛ cup diced tomato
⅛ cup diced bell pepper
⅛ cup grated carrots
3 thin slices red onion
¼ cup alfalfa sprouts
1 lettuce leaf
RECIPE

  • Microwave tortilla for a few seconds to soften.
  • Spread hummus over tortilla.
  • Top with veggies, and then lettuce.
  • Roll up tightly, folding in the sides of tortilla.
  • Cut in half and enjoy!
