INGREDIENTS

2 pkg. (8 oz.) fat free cream cheese
½ cup skim milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can crab meat (6½ oz.)
RECIPE

  • Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with fresh vegetables or low fat crackers.
