INGREDIENTS

1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, do not drain
1½ cups nonfat milk
1 box sugar free vanilla pudding
RECIPE

  • Place pineapple and juice in a 2 cup measuring cup. Add enough milk to make 2 cups. 
  • Pour into a 1-quart jar.
  • Add pudding mix and cover tightly. Shake for 1 minute or until well mixed.
  • Pour into 4 individual dessert dishes. Chill for about 30 minutes before serving.
