INGREDIENTS

4 cups

lettuce (Romaine, red leaf, or spinach)

1 cup

tomato, coarsely chopped

1 can

(15.25 oz.) great northern beans, drained (white kidney or navy)

1 can

(6 oz.) tuna in water, drained

3 tbsp.

red onions, chopped

Dressing:

 

1 tbsp.

olive oil

1 tbsp.

water

1 tbsp.

red wine vinegar

1 tbsp.

Dijon mustard

½ tsp.

dried dill

RECIPE

  • Tear lettuce into bite size pieces and toss together with tomato, beans, tuna, and onion in large bowl.
  • Make dressing by whisking all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Toss tuna mixture with dressing until everything is coated. Serve immediately.
