| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Parmesan, lemon juice, mustard, and horseradish. Set aside.
- In another small bowl, mix remaining Parmesan, butter, and breadcrumbs. Set aside.
- Place fillets on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over fish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over fish.
- Bake for 13-18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork and topping is light brown.
