| RECIPE |
- In small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, onion, oil, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
- Trim fat from steak and slice across the grain into ½-inch strips. Place in resealable bag.
- Add marinade to bag. Seal bag and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-hot.
- Thread beef on 6 skewers. Grill uncovered for 7-10 minutes, turning often, or until beef reaches desired degree of doneness.
