INGREDIENTS

½ cup low sodium soy sauce
¼ cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp. ground ginger
⅛ tsp. pepper
2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, trimmed
RECIPE

  • In small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, onion, oil, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
  • Trim fat from steak and slice across the grain into ½-inch strips. Place in resealable bag.
  • Add marinade to bag. Seal bag and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium-hot.
  • Thread beef on 6 skewers. Grill uncovered for 7-10 minutes, turning often, or until beef reaches desired degree of doneness.
