| RECIPE |
- Place oven rack in top third of oven and preheat broiler.
- Combine mayonnaise and mustard in small bowl, set aside.
- Remove crusts from bread and cut each slice into 4 triangles.
- Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Spread mayonnaise/mustard mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- As you prepare the bread, place plain side down on baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned.
