INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
6 slices hearty white bread, crusts removed
⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
  butter flavored cooking spray
RECIPE

  • Place oven rack in top third of oven and preheat broiler.
  • Combine mayonnaise and mustard in small bowl, set aside.
  • Remove crusts from bread and cut each slice into 4 triangles.
  • Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Spread mayonnaise/mustard mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  • As you prepare the bread, place plain side down on baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with cheese. Broil for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned.
