| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Spray 8 muffin cups with cooking spray or line with paper liners.
- Crush bran flakes and place in medium bowl.
- Place remaining dry ingredients in bowl with raisin bran and whisk to combine.
- In small bowl, mix together applesauce and soy milk.
- Stir applesauce mixture into dry ingredients.
- Divide evenly into 8 muffin cups.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
