INGREDIENTS

½ cup plain low fat yogurt
¼ cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup honey
1 tsp. grated fresh lime peel
2 cups cantaloupe, peeled and diced
2 cups honeydew melon, peeled and diced
1 cup seedless red or green grapes
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 cups fresh pineapple, cored, peeled and diced
1 cup raspberries or blackberries
1½ cups strawberries, halved and hulled
RECIPE

  • Whisk together yogurt, lime juice, and honey in small bowl. Set aside in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Wash fruits and cut according to recipe. Place in large bowl and chill until ready to serve (up to 6 hours).
  • Fifteen minutes before serving, toss fruit with dressing and let flavor mingle. Enjoy!
