INGREDIENTS

2 tsp. olive oil
1¼ lb. fresh sugar snap peas
¼ -½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
⅓ cup coarsely chopped fresh basil
½ tsp. grated lemon zest
RECIPE

  • Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add sugar snap peas. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir-fry until crisp-tender or about 3 minutes.
  • Add basil and lemon zest. Stir-fry until basil is just wilted and fragrant.
  • Serve immediately while still warm.
