INGREDIENTS

1 low fat graham cracker pie crust
1 box sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1 pkg. (8 oz.) fat free cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup skim milk
¼ cup Splenda®
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup strawberries, halved (to cover the top of the pie)
RECIPE

  • Mix the pudding and milk with a wire whisk.
  • Add the Splenda®, vanilla extract, and cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
  • Smooth the mixture into the pie crust.
  • Place the strawberry halves on top of the pie until the top is covered.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour or until pudding is set.
  • Serve.
