| RECIPE |
- Preheat grill for medium-high heat or preheat broiler.
- Mix all the spices together in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture into each piece of chicken.
- Dip a ball of foil in a little oil and rub over the grill grate, or spray a broiler pan lightly with cooking spray.
- Place chicken on grill or broiler pan and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until chicken registers 165ºF using an internal thermometer.
