| RECIPE |
- Preheat olive oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onions and peppers until just tender.
- Add garlic, beans, chili powder, red pepper, salt, and pepper. Allow to heat through.
- Divide bean mixture and cheese over the two tortillas. Add salsa. Fold tortilla and enjoy!
