INGREDIENTS

2 (8-inch) whole grain tortillas
1½ cups shredded romaine or spinach
¼ avocado, cut into slices
½  cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, seeded,  cut into half moons
1 oz. low fat Monterey jack cheese with jalapeño peppers
RECIPE

  • Layer vegetables in tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Roll tortilla. Enjoy!
